The Fitchburg Air-Fest is probably the best small air-show in New England.  Although you'll never see the Blue Angels at Fitchburg, you will get a close look at some of the best civilian performers in the world.

Mike Goulian is one of the premier aerobatics pilots in the world.   He was the US national champion in 1997, and is one of the most popular air show acts every year.  His performance at Fitchburg is my favorite, because you can get a lot closer to the action than at most air shows.
